Culture fit
Cultural fit is the compatibility between an individuals values, beliefs, and behavior and the organizations culture. It creates a harmonious and productive work environment. Employees who feel out of sync with the organizations values are more likely to be disengaged, dissatisfied, and ultimately seek employment elsewhere. Conversely, when employees feel aligned with the companys culture, they are more likely to be committed, motivated, and engaged in their work.
